All wins, All subs via straight footlock ⚡️

Should’ve been a gold for but the ref stopped the fight for a “verbal tap” for replying “yep” to me asking him to adjust the footlock 🧐

Very proud of the girls & who both unintentionally entered into the wrong division and had 4 tough matches with much more experienced opponents with coming away with a silver medal.

Congrats to for another double gold showing off some guard work today with 4 submission victories and earning his blue belt.

Well done to & who both put on great performances earning a 🥇 & 🥈

This class follows a reverse-classroom style. To take part, come prepared with 2–3 techniques you want to work on. Things you’ve researched from Instagram, YouTube, or instructionals. Grab a partner and drill what you want to improve.

A coach will be there to support if needed, but you should arrive with saved videos, screenshots, or notes to guide your own learning.

This session is about you figuring things out, sharpening your problem-solving, and taking ownership of your development.
