Feeling lucky to have ran the Loch Ness Marathon in a time of 5 hrs 6 mins.
An achievement only made possible with Fiona Anderson Training- Fiona is simply the best to get you to your finish line strong . Marathon training isn’t easy with a busy life especially at 65 !

Yesterday I had the pleasure, and the privilege of running the alongside .outrun 💪🏽
Scarlett and I have been friends for years, her knowledge is incredible, so when she asked me to help her with her training, I was delighted to assist!
We worked together remotely, building up miles and strength sessions, fitting them in around Scarlett’s busy life (and Molly dog 🐶)
Scarlett is an experienced runner, and yesterday she ran a strong, confident race, putting her trust in me, and the process. What a day!!
Huge congratulations to you, and anyone else who toed the line. Rest and recover well.

A free weekly event - Cooper Park junior parkrun - gets underway in Elgin this Sunday (3 September) at 9.30am.

Anyone aged 4-14 can come along and run, walk, or walk-run the 2km course, which is marshalled by volunteers.
