January is a great chance for a fresh start but let's face it, it can also be pretty daunting. The pressure of "new year, new you!" can be totally overwhelming. Everywhere you look you're being told to join a gym, go on a diet, or start a new crazy fitness regime. If you want to step up your fitness game or focus more on your nutrition, that's great! But don't feel the need to blindly dive right in, just take it slowly and build up to your new routine.
