Having a celebratory drink after winning our game against Hucknall that keeps us in Division A of the Gunn & Moore South Notts League next season.

Max Pritchard our overseas player received a signed shirt (he came as a bowler, but will be returning to Aus as a batter) after his last game. He knocked up 2 50's and 3 100's and took 24 wkts.
There will be some sore heads!

Exciting Developments forJunior Cricket at Flintham CC

Flintham Cricket Club is very pleased to announce the re-launch of its junior section for Spring 2025! We have appointed Robin Baxter Simms, Head of Cricket at RB Sport Development, to lead the project.

Over the last three years Robin has developed a junior section at East Bridgford Cricket Club, where he is Head of Junior Cricket, from absolute zero through to a thriving junior section of 80+ members! Robin’s task is to help us achieve something similar.

Robin has been coaching the children in years 1-4 at Flintham and Elston Primary Schools during their PE lessons since January. This has been very well received and excellently supported by the schools. The coaching will be expanded to include Years 5 and 6 after February half term.
Flintham CC intend to put on coaching for all age groups from school year one upwards, to suit all abilities. They are particularly keen to launch a girls
section as soon as possible.

The coaching will launch with a Free Fun Taster Session on Friday 9th May 2025. Although the session will be free, places must be booked (through the RB Sport Development website) so that the right coach to child ratio can be organised.
