☀️ Summer Holidays Are Here! ☀️

We don’t know about you, but finding time to get to the gym during the summer holidays can be tough! Looking after the kids all day and then trying to find the time and motivation to work out can feel almost impossible.

That’s why we’re happy for you to bring your little ones along to Fervid Fitness! 💪

We’ve set up a children’s colouring box in the café to help keep them entertained, or they can connect to our free Wi-Fi and enjoy a little screen time while you focus on yourself and enjoy a well-earned break. 😊

Just a couple of reminders to help keep everyone safe:
• Please ensure children are within eye sight and are not moving around the gym.
• ⁠Children are only permitted with a parent or guardian during our manned hours.

We look forward to welcoming you and your little ones this summer! 🧡

Heavy lifting, live music, delicious protein-baked treats, and families coming together – all in support of a fantastic cause.

A huge congratulations to every single competitor who took part today. Your strength, determination and effort were incredible to watch. 👏

Massive credit to the amazing team for organising such a brilliant event. The atmosphere all day was unreal, and the buzz you created around the gym was something special. Monster Mentality, you absolutely smashed it! What an honour to host you guys 🧡

Thank you to everyone who came along to support, cheer everyone on and be part of the day. Lovely to see some of our Runcorn crew making the trip over to show their support too.
