I'm affiliated by England Athletics as a Running Coach and Leader in Running Fitness, and have a degree in Sports & Exercise Science - I've been running since 2011 and have completed 100 marathons and various half marathons, 10km and 5km events. I've also completed several ultra marathons and back to back marathons. I may not be a size 10, I may not be able to beat Mo Farrah, but I know how to run

and I know how to support other runners. I'm known for my quirky running style (singing and playing cheesy chooons) and no one ever gets left behind on my runs as i know what it's like to be at the back all the time and feel like I shouldn't be there. I'm also a qualified Life Coach with broad shoulders and very large ears (not literally) and will listen and offer advice and support when needed. I've recently been elected as a Mental Health Ambassador for England Athletics! I run Couch to 5km programmes charged at £60 per person for a 6 week programme. After this, training sessions are just £5 each or you can be an all inclusive member for £30 a month, £160 for 6 months or £300 a year! If you just want to run then join a running club but if you want to have fun on the run and reach for the stars then I'm your lady! EA License # 3133449

A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professor then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.
At that point, the professor told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.
The professor said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."
