Football Fit is expanding! ⚽️
After a really enjoyable 3 months of running Football Fit in Fleet on a Wednesday evening I am pleased to confirm that from September I’ll be putting on a further session at Sandhurst FC from 8-9pm on a Monday night.
If anyone is interested please let me know! 👍
UEFA qualified football coach running weekly fitness sessions in Fleet and Sandhurst.
Sessions are all football related and open to adults of any age, gender, footballing ability and fitness level.
