Based in Church Crookham, Andpilates offers private and shared Pilates sessions on Pilates Apparatus and the mat to condition your body and mind and help you reach your optimum self.

New dates for breast cancer Pilates sessions! We're going to trial an evening format so please join us for a small group Pilates class with Pink Ribbon trained Pilates teacher, Mel Coupland.
I'll also be on hand throughout the event to answer any scar specific questions you may have.
Please share with anyone you know who has experienced breast cancer.

Sunday 29th 9-12.30 breast cancer retreat.

We are delighted to announce that we have two up and coming dates for ‘The breast cancer Mini retreats’ here at a relaxed and safe morning of movement, and learning about your body. The session will be Led by Pilates pink ribbon instructor Mel .mel and oncology and scar work massage therapist Sarah

This retreat is suitable for anyone who has had breast cancer, no matter how long ago. 6 weeks post surgery (no drains)
All movement will be tailored to individuals needs and confidence levels. Please note, these will@be regular events- grab the early bird offer now
