MORE ELBOW ROOM…?
We rarely think about elbows…until they become painful😵!!
I have helped many people with elbow pain over the years. Typical culprits are tennis / golf but any repetitive task can provoke pain and swelling.
I recommend this exercise to restore the joint space that tension reduces.Pressure in the joint, inflammation and PAIN are the result 😵😵!
Repeat this exercise 2/3 times daily for speedy improvement. Continue for long term elbow insurance!
BTW OPENING ELBOW SPACE also DEEPENS BREATHING!!🤔😮👍🥳🥳

IT’S SPINE TIME 👍🥰😍😄!!
Leverage is a movement game - changer
When your spine is uncompromised by tension, leverage is optimal and we move effortlessly with good form…BUT as fascia contracts, it CONSTRICTS and RESTRICTS- the more tension the greater the restriction🫤This restriction makes the body works harder and increases the risk of injury.
the body to use detrimental alternatives - muscles get recruited for movements they are not designed.
So let’s lengthen the spine AND strengthen the CORE with some leverage to promote good form….

Try this exercise which I gave my class last night. It doesn’t look difficult, but as tension in the palms /carpal tunnel and
forearm is so common they found it challenging. Take alternatives if needed and do BOTH hands👍
Breathe into the movement; and practice daily - it will get easier as your fascia softens🌞!
