“Never stop learning.”
That was one of the first things I was told when I qualified as a PT, by the lady who assessed me and it’s something I’ve taken seriously ever since.
This year alone I’ve invested heavily into my education, my business, and myself. Not because I have to… but because I refuse to stagnate as a coach.
✨ Newly qualified Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Coach
✨ Level 1 The coaching initiative (huge for identifying my strengths and my blind spots anatomy & biomechanics which now have my full attention, thanks Jack & Anth
✨ Business mentorship (even when something doesn’t fully align, there’s always learning) As much as this taught me about the type of coach I DONT want to be, I still learned a lot about myself and business
✨ Mental Health First Aid certification with , genuinely eye-opening in the context of coaching
✨I began working with Jack Haigh which was the best decision I have made in a long time. This man has taught me more about coaching in the last 5 months than any podcast, any course, or mentorship ever could. The kind of coach I strive to be and someone I am very grateful to have behind me 💪🏻 he also made me into a hybrid rockstar 🎸 🔥 😂
✨ Currently working through Level 4 Sports Nutrition Course
I also joined the amazing in September, which itself has taught me so many valuable skills, pulled me into an amazing team of like minded women with a no bulls**t approach to the industry, and I am so here for it!
I see a lot of coaches stop growing once they’re “qualified enough.”
That won’t be me.
Knowledge is power — and the more I learn, the better I can support the people who trust me with their health, bodies, and lives.
And honestly? I don’t think this journey of learning will ever stop. 💭
