Pilates classes at Church Crookham Community Centre

Get in touch to join a welcoming, encouraging Pilates class and do something positive for your body and mind. The perfect antidote to the cold winter months!

Classes are mixed ability, welcoming both men and women, giving a low impact workout helping you to move better and feel better. Beginner’s welcome.

Expect a balanced class of dynamic exercises and restorative stretches, so you leave feeling calm and strong in body and mind, having made time for yourself to move, breathe and improve your fitness and overall wellbeing.

Fridays 7:30-8:15am at Church Crookham Community Centre starting 3rd November

The perfect antidote to the colder, darker mornings!

This is a mixed ability class welcoming both men and women. Pilates is low impact and compliments other training and sports (and life!) you may do. Helping you to become more aware of how you move your body, improving mobility, flexibility and strength, along with the mental benefits you get from a Pilates practice bringing you into the present moment as you focus on your movement.

Expect a balanced class of dynamic exercises and restorative stretches, so you leave feeling calm and strong in body and mind, having made time for yourself to move, breathe and improve your fitness and overall wellbeing.
