All bodyweight classes via zoom from Monday July 27th:
Monday: 10am & 7pm
Wednesdy: 9am & 7pm
Friday: 2pm & 7pm
Suitable for all fitness levels and you don't have to leave home π
Start the week off as you mean to go on with a great workout π
Weight loss, build muscle and work on your strength πͺ
All classes are cardio, upper body, lower body and core based with adaptions to cater for all abilities.
