Today I was asked what tips I have for dealing with the fear of failure. The following is my response. 😉
Fear of failure is about getting stuck in the emotion to shift your perspective focus on the result you would like and ask yourself questions:
What do I hope to achieve?
What is the purpose behind my doing this?
Why is this important to me; dig deep and make it personal to you. Understanding your reason for doing, this will be your motivator and help you in finding the resources needed.
What's the worst that can happen and what contingency do I have for this?
What is within my control - deal with this anything else let go.
Identify your first step.

It takes a huge amount of energy both physical and emotional to focus on what one doesn't want. This can be avoided by focusing on what is wanted.
