Bristol North Swimming Club We are a Swim Mark club with over 200 members, Bristol North is one of the most established and recognised competitive clubs in Bristol.

We teach children to swim from the age of four and offer experienced coached squad swimming for all ages.

Regional Open Water Championships – Accepted Entries Published
The accepted entries for the 2026 Regional Open Water Championships have now been released.
Swimmers, coaches and clubs can view the accepted entries, event information, conditions, schedules and all championship documentation via the Open Water BOX Hub:

The Regional Open Water Championships will take place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at Lake 86, Cotswold Water Park.
Please ensure you check the accepted entries carefully and review all event information ahead of the championships.

Congratulations to Monty, Lani, Tilly & Luke who have been selected to represent team Gloucestershire in the annual 3 counties Team Event.

They will represent Gloucestershire against Worcestershire & Staffordshire on the 5th July!

🌸 Southwold May Meet 2026 🌸

What a fantastic weekend of splashing and dashing from all our swimmers across the club. From our 9 year olds at their first ever open meet to our 17 year old youth masters!

There were so many amazing swims from our swimmers in the pool - Personal Best, Season Best, New Events, First timers and lots of Medals!

Over the meet we had:

- 69 swimmers
- 401 individual swims
- 314 Personal Best times
- 3 top girls
- 3 top boys
- 42 3rd place finishes
- 53 2nd place finishes
- 61 1st place finishes
- 1 Top Over All Club

As well as amazing success in the pool, our swimmers were displaying our club values all weekend on poolside.

NURTURE - Our older swimmers nurturing the younger swimmers and showing them the ropes of our open meet

BRAVERY - Swimmers taking part in events they didn’t want to do/racing them for the first time or over coming nerves to stand on the block for the first time ever!

COMMUNITY - All our swimmers coming together to cheer one another on, checking in on one another and congratulating their team mates

STRENGTH - Swimmers who have continued training and putting in effort and finally got a PB after a very long time as welll as coming back after injury!

Thank you to all our Team Managers, Officials, Coaches and other volunteers that made this meet run smoothly. Thank you to for hosting a fanatic meet again this year!
