Excellent little demon class tonight doing some Tinbe-Rochin (shield and short spear) basics with pool noodle and focus pads for obvious reasons ,

We currently have space within our award winning junior division for children aged 9-12 years.
As a junior they will learn skills they can really build on and help them gain the confidence they need to transition into the senior section at age 12. From STEM experiments to boating, Earthshot to weekends away, juniors has it all.

Congratulations to all those who graded this week. Lots of hard work and determination has gone into all your training. To those who didn't pass this time we will work hard to get you were you need to be.

Gradings are never easy and it takes a lot of courage to stand out and preform in front of people so Well Done all.

Morning all hate to do this but going to have to cancel class this week as a bug is making its way threw the house an dont want to pass it on to anyone.
Next week will be last 2 sessions of the year an I will finalise gradings to those grading
