Hello April, with your longer nights and fresh spring mornings… I’ve been waiting since November for you to arrive! 🤗💛
At the beginning of January we are encouraged to think about resolutions and making significant changes to our lives to make us feel healthier and happier, but that time of year is mid winter and dark and dreary… there’s absolutely no motivation when the weather is proper 💩 to make those changes…
But with the arrival of Spring comes the motivation to shake off the winter coat, move more, eat better and feel more energised! 🏃🏽♀️🥗
So to help you all feel even more amazing and energised after class.. I’ll be bringing along my tea concoctions of freshly picked Nettle (which is packed with iron, calcium, potassium, and chlorophyll and is great for reducing inflammation, regulating blood sugar and also acts as a natural antihistamine which is great if you suffer from hay fever) and….💚
Sticky Wi***es, those plants that we used to chase each other with and stick to clothes…. they are actually a powerhouse for supporting the lymphatic system, reducing water retention, soothing skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis and act as a gentle diuretic and detoxifier by helping to flush out toxins! 💛💛
