Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class was in full swing when we had a visit from an ITV film crew, showcasing the wide range of activities across Worthing, Goring-by-Sea, and Ferring.
We also shared our thoughts on local issues ahead of the May elections — representing a community built on connection, discipline, and support.

Every student who steps onto our mats becomes part of our BJJ family. 🌱 We nurture each individual, offering the support, guidance, and encouragement they need to grow and flourish — on and off the mats.

🥋 Just another day on the mats — and never a dull moment.
This week we welcomed Sammy back from Spain for Christmas, earning a well-deserved upgrade, alongside Taylor, who also stepped up. Congratulations to you both — hard work recognised.
In between the festive chaos, there was no shortage of sharp technique, focused training, and genuine enthusiasm on the mats. Progress doesn’t pause for the holidays, and neither do we.
This is a club that shows up for its students.
They put in the time — and so do we.
Proud of the team, proud of the work, and grateful to share the journey together. 💪
