Initially a programme developed to work with young girls who may have been disengaged in school due to confidence, self-esteem or behavioural issues. As we in the Warriors Community Foundation are committed to working with all members of our local community we then wanted to expand on this and try and work with females of all ages. With the current national drive to get more women taking part in s

port/exercise and realising that some of the similar issues of confidence and self esteem are partly to play in not taking part, our aim is to try and provide a programme that women of all ages feel comfortable being a part of.
