🐣We have officially broken up for the Easter holidays but our competition team are still hard at work! 🏅With the regional finals coming up in a few weeks we are training through the holidays to keep those skills on point! What do you think of the team’s effort? We are super proud of them all! Great work everyone! 💙

🗣️Let’s talk foundation skills! Here we have our fabulous Beth who is demonstrating a back pullover. 📚This is a foundation skill used in the progression to a back somersault.

🎓Mastering foundation skills ensures that our trampolinists build proper technique and develop the body awareness needed to execute advanced manoeuvres safely.

👀 The post you have been looking out for…South West Club & Regional Cup Q2 Results!

🏅Another set of amazing results! South west is one of the biggest regional comps in the UK with some of the age group categories having over 50 competitors.

💪🏻With such fierce competition we are so proud to announce that all of our Q2 competitors either maintained or bettered their scores⭐️! This is testament to their dedication and hard work in training! A huge well done to you all!

🎉The finals will be held at Bath University on 📆Sunday the 19th of April where our Regional Cup competitors will be vying for a coveted spot on the South West Inter-regional team! 🏆
