🎾 A big shout out to Rory, Ben, Oksminda, Majus, Tom W and Logan B👏

These six have been getting stuck into competition over the Summer holidays, putting themselves out there, playing some hard-fought matches and, most importantly, having fun along the way.

There’s been some great tennis, some tough matches, a few trophies and medals, and plenty of family time too… which we think is top-tier parenting! 😎

A great example of what happens when you give competition a go. You don't have to win everything, you just need to get out there, compete, learn and enjoy it.

This is Toby T! 🎾👏

You will have seen Toby assisting at our sessions over the last few years, but now he has decided to take his first step into coaching.

We're delighted to say that Toby has recently passed his LTA Assistant Coach Award with Distinction, an amazing achievement! 🤩

He's now looking to take the next step and work towards his Level 2 Tennis Instructor Award.

And it looks like he obviously took note of what his blue T-shirt said when he was a wee lad…

What a summer it’s been! 🎾

We’ve had an absolute blast at our holiday clubs, with everything from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time to our regulars coming back week after week.

There’s been tennis, games, ice creams thanks Kings Kiosk - Ferndown, water fights, raincoats and plenty of laughs along the way!

A massive well done to our brilliant coaching team too, they’ve been absolutely on it throughout the holidays.

Now it’s time for a little breather before we’re back across all our venues from the week of 7th September.

Week one complete great to be on the holiday clubs, we had an awesome bunch on Thursday racking up 1410 rallies during the racket hour, the plan is to count up each day so each day can try and beat the last, we will then total up the amount of rallies for the summer!
Anyone fancy guessing the final amount?
This week we have racket up 2730 rallies we are here for 4 more weeks 🎾

Awesome first day of the holiday clubs Sandleheath Tennis Club, kids taking advantage of the table tennis, an epic tennis competition this avo and also some really great creativity at lunch, amazing start!

On Wednesday Chris & Ian had the opportunity to take 4 children to Wimbledon. We choose the most committed players, 2 from Donhead Tennis Club and 2 from Ferndown Community Tennis that hadn't been before. Inspiring juniors is what we love to do the most and seeing their excited faces was the best feeling. And the buzz they had at training on the following days was amazing too, keen to continue to train in 30oC + heat.

Who will we take next year? Could be your child if they are committed enough.
