In 2011 I bought my house less than a mile from the Dormy and before the hotel got demolished, a good friend and myself managed to rescue the coping blocks from the deep end. Fast forward 20 years from them last being skated, it’s epic to be able to put those blocks to use on my backyard ramp. Just need Dickie to come and do a back smith on them to recreate the shot (although not quite as rad).
