Our medals from Run Around The World have arrived 🙌🏼 🏅

Here are just a few of our amazing Team Triomphe who covered over 600 kilometres for the challenge throughout July 👏🏼 🏃🏼‍♀️

Huge congratulations to our 2026 Run Around The World team 👏🏼🏃🏼‍♀️🌍🏅

Our team of six covered a total of 632.3km - that’s an average of over 100km per person 😮

Extra congratulations to Sarah, Angie and Clarice who all smashed through the 100km mark 💥 It was still very close between Angie and Sarah in the fight for the top of the leaderboard right until last night!

Sarah managed to clinch the top spot with a personal total of 149.9km 🏆

Special mention to Tina who had major surgery in the middle of July and an enforced week (at least!) of rest, and she still managed to clock up over 50km 💚

A huge well done to our amazing Lucy who completed the Bournemouth Race for Life 5k this weekend 💕

The conditions were pretty warm but she still smashed it 🏅

This bank holiday weekend she took on the Tri counties trail running Bluebell Bash 5k 🩵 The route and medal both look stunning!

Fridays at 9am ⏰

All paces welcome 😃 Runs usually last between 30-35 minutes plus a warm up and cool down 👟
Great for building confidence 💚

Mondays at 5:45pm ⏰

Join these 5k PLUS sessions if you want to build on where Couch to 5k leaves off 🏃🏼‍♀️ Adding distance each week up to approx 5 miles. Suitable for paces of between 9 and 12 minutes per mile 👟

Different locations around Ferndown 🗺️

While many runners took to the streets of London yesterday, two of headed for the trails instead ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️🌳

Congratulations to Tina who completed the 10k and Charlotte who conquered the half marathon The Chase Trail Run🏅 It was hot and hilly but enjoyable by all accounts!
