IT WAS MEANT TO BE A REST DAY😭
and I decided to put ourselves in a very dark place in today’s session. Although we were both close to tears at various points (the whole time), there is something fun about pushing yourself to your absolute limit to see how far you can go. If you feel like giving it a go, here it is:

Partner B:
6 Toes to Bar
9 Wall Balls
15 DB Cleans
Swap over once Partner B finishes the circuit, your score is the total cals burnt on the Assault Bike in 30mins.
