IT WAS MEANT TO BE A REST DAY😭⁣

and I decided to put ourselves in a very dark place in today’s session. Although we were both close to tears at various points (the whole time), there is something fun about pushing yourself to your absolute limit to see how far you can go. If you feel like giving it a go, here it is:⁣

1a) Deadlifts @ 100kg⁣
YGIG (you go I go)⁣
20/18/16/14/12/10/8/6/4/2 ⁣

2a) 15 BB Pendlay Row⁣
2b) 1 Sled Push ⁣
2c) 1 Seated Rope Sled Drag⁣
2d) 15 DB Hammer Curls⁣
X3⁣

3a) 12 Minute Alternating EMOM⁣
Even Minutes: 15 Dual KB Row⁣
Odd Minutes: 20 Press Ups ⁣
(Alternate in pairs)⁣

4a) 30 Minute Running Clock⁣
Partner A: ⁣
Max Cals on the Assault Bike ⁣
Partner B: ⁣
6 Toes to Bar ⁣
9 Wall Balls⁣
15 DB Cleans⁣

Swap over once Partner B finishes the circuit, your score is the total cals burnt on the Assault Bike in 30mins.⁣

MY OWN TRANSFORMATION 👀⁣⁣

96kg > 80kg⁣⁣

Sometimes it’s great to look back on your own journey to see how far you’ve come. I’ve always had an interest in fitness and I’ve been training for a long time, yet these two photos show very different physiques. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The picture on the left, taken at my heaviest, I was very strong and ‘big’ yet couldn’t move as efficiently as I wanted to. On the right, even stronger, and able to do just about any workout I program for (whether that be a 10k run or a weightlifting session).⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Even though there is 16kg between these 2 physiques, I retained strength and managed to improve my fitness. This shows the importance of goal setting and implementing correct programming.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
With new goals set and fresh challenges on the horizon, I’m expecting my current physique to continue to adapt to whatever I throw at it 🤣⁣⁣

On that mission to build a bulletproof body, ready for anything.⁣

CLIENT PROGRESS 📈⁣

This is a perfect example of what can be done in a short space of time with some subtle changes to diet and a lot of hard graft.⁣

My client came to me with a goal of a complete body re-composition and as you can see we’ve made some huge changes in just 4 weeks. ⁣

Alongside the visible changes to his shape, you can see how we’ve been able to correct his posture in just a matter of weeks. Developing the muscles in the upper back has resulted in an improvement to his shoulders and neck alignment.⁣
Changes like these will ultimately reduce the risk of injury whilst improving his mobility and flexibility.⁣

I’m very proud of this client for how much he’s been able to progress in such a short space of time, keep up the good work buddy! 💪🏼
