Incredibly proud of these two last night and .health.and.fitness.coach they both have overcome so many individual challenges to get to this point. Lindsey has trained with me for 1 year and Rita 9 months. The progress they have made in that time has been incredible. And although neither got the win on the night, although I do feel both should’ve got it Linds won all 3 rounds and Rita 2/3, but when you leave it to the judge you are relying on their perspective. Regardless though they are both winners for stepping in that ring and going toe to toe with someone it giving it their all. There is a very small pool of people who walk the planet who have the courage, dedication, discipline, commitment and confidence to do it so this I am very proud of you both and you should be of yourselves, this isn’t the end it’s the beginning and next time we will be celebrating the Wins!
