20ml Mary Berry light salad dressing
200g chicken breast with tsp of pesto
X 1 fried egg in 8 sprays of olive oil

After what can only be described as a ‘hormonally challenged night’ (sorry James Brown!) today called for something good for the soul!

So….. after a week of vigilant food tracking, it was time for a well earned day off!
Thursday night we went out to celebrate 5 years since our first date!

I had a big fat steak & chips & a ‘Pina colada eton mess’ & I have NO CLUE how many calories were in it!!!!

Days off are SO important to stay on track. For January we are picking one day a week off. Then it will return to weekends off!

**Sundays Food**

So……. I had to lean in & listen to my body yesterday. I’ve had a badly inflammed gut over the Xmas period, which still hasn’t settled, so after a busy few days I was feeling depleted & fatigued.
Therefore I allowed myself a couple of hundred extra calories & added extra soluble fibre into my diet (GF toast / potatoes). I also swapped my usual run for lots of steps & some yoga!

Here’s the stats-
Total calories = 1814 kcal
Total protein = 153 grams

GF toast with marmalade, PB fit with added collagen protein powder

Chocolate & PB fit protein shake

Healthy Roast chicken dinner with approx 200 roast potatoes 🙈🙈 (cooked with fry light!), roasted carrots, green beans & asparagus!
