Thank you all for attending the class this morning. Nice to see you all again. 😀

Welcome to Richard, who joined us this morning. Great to have you in the class Richard. 🥋

Now we are back into the swing of it. We will start to step up the intensity a little in preparation for your gradings, but the emphasis will still be on having some fun. 😀😀😀

I want to be able to spend a little more time with the black belts in preparation for their Dan gradings, and propose a black belt session for 20 minutes after the main class for patterns. Let me know what you think.

This is your class so let me have your suggestions. Hope you all enjoy your bank holiday tomorrow and see you next week.😀🥋😀

Our first class at Featherstone Sports Complex since April 2020 starts this morning, 23 May 2021, from 10:00 to 12:00. Please note the change to the times of the class.

Face masks to be worn when entering and leaving the building, but not required during the class.

We look forward to see you all back in the gym.😀🥋😀

In preparation for our return on 23 May 2021, please do check your kit and notify me if you require any additional kit ordering.

Unless, government guidance changes, social distancing will still apply and face masks must be worn when entering and leaving the Sports Complex.

Card payments at reception are recommended, as the staff are trying to avoid handling cash.

To mix things up a little and get you all back to peak fitness, we will be incorporating 'HIT' training into our classes, so be prepared.

Also, please consider additional training, at other Ji Tae Elite classes, which are available on Saturdays and Mondays, in preparation for your gradings.🥋😀🥋

I have received confirmation that our class will be starting back Featherstone Sports Complex on Sunday 23 May 2021 from 10:30 – 12:30 for all adults and juniors.

Please continue to support our class by bringing along your friends and family. They will receive two complementary classes, a free Tae Kwon-do suit and kick pad. You will receive a recommend a friend reward.
