I have made a very brave decision to cancel our last planned class for Wednesday 14th December 😔 I’m so sorry for those that were hoping to come but very very sadly we just don’t have the bookings.
Jess and I were absolutely thrilled with last weeks atmosphere; you were all brilliant and we want to remember our times with you all just like that ❤️ I hope you understand.

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone of you. Please please don’t give up on your health and fitness regardless what life throws at you. Looking after your physical and mental health will pay dividends 😘.

Our ((BOUNCE)) Headquarters will be in contact offering you a refund if you were booked.

Lots and lots of love. We’ll miss you but as the saying goes ….. we need you to do this 😪

A Fantastic night with some extremely special ladies! ❤️

We’ve all been through a lot over these last 4 years I’m sure personally as well as a 🌍 and Wednesday night ((BOUNCE)) has always been there to lift spirits.
But…..very sadly Sheldwich has to come to an end and we have just one more fun class next week! Do join us if you can.

But please remember just like in Covid times ….. if you want to stay in touch or need support the people behind ((BOUNCE)) Sheldwich still very much exist 😘 and will always be so happy to help.

Thank you again for all your enthusiasm, laughs, jokes, singing and of course moaning🤣 You’re fabulous.

UPDATE:
Katherine white auricular acupuncturist with the nada 5 point protocol is happy to apply complementary auricular acupressure beads to aid in your wellbeing through your menopause journey tomorrow but spaces are very limited for this so first come first served!
We also have the amazing Corinne Murphy who is not only an fabulous personal trainer but a nutritionist too and Diane Williams who is a life coach/ psychotherapist/ councillor joining us and are happy to guide you through the difficult menopause phase of your life.
Big big thank you to these ladies, as they are giving up their time tomorrow for free 💜

Just short of 4 years ago I viewed Sheldwich Village Hall with great excitement and hope of it being suitable for my second ((BOUNCE)) franchise…… and thankfully it was and the rest is history! 😁

I can only hope that those that have managed to join us at some point over the last few years in this cute little hall, tucked away in such a beautiful location have had an absolutely AMAZING time and have very fond memories! Jess, Becca and myself certainly do 😍

My vision and dream was always to create a class where I could welcome everyone; regardless of fitness level, age, confidence or ability and make them feel at ease around fitness. To offer the space to have an hour to just be themselves; to be able to stop and rest if they wanted to; to adapt the moves and simply have fun if that’s what they fancied; to get involved in some crazy singing and dancing or just watch, listen and smile if not 😄; to bring their children, knowing they wouldn’t be judged and there would always be someone on hand willing to help if needed. I can only hope I achieved this here at Sheldwich 🤞

Very sadly though the time is nearly here to say a fond farewell to ((BOUNCE)) SHELDWICH 😔 ….. we have just 3 classes remaining before the trampolines will be packed away for the final time on 14th December. I therefore hope as many of you will be able to join us here right up to our very last class. Let’s have as much fun as we did tonight 😘
