We offer training sessions for all ages and abilities and teams compete in countywide and local leagues.Including the Kent County League, Kent Youth League and East Kent Youth League. 🌟 Join Our Award-Winning Welfare Team 🌟

Faversham Strike Force FC is looking to grow our dedicated Welfare Team as we continue to provide a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all players and families across the club.

We are currently looking for volunteers to support in areas including:

✅ FA DBS processing and compliance
✅ Supporting best practice around respect and safeguarding
✅ Helping maintain safe and positive environments for players
✅ Supporting and overseeing welfare processes across the club

No previous experience is necessary for every role, and support, training and guidance will be provided. These roles can work around your availability and are a fantastic way to support grassroots football and make a real difference in the local community.

The strength of our club comes from our volunteers, and our Welfare Team plays a hugely important role in supporting players and their families every season 💙

Our pan-disability football programme brings together players of all abilities in a fun, flexible and inclusive environment, helping break down barriers and giving everyone the chance to enjoy the game.

🌟 What we offer:
• Inclusive pathway for all abilities, genders and disabilities
• Weekly training sessions in a safe, supportive setting
• Opportunities to progress into teams at U11, U13, U16 and Adult level
• Monthly fixtures in the Kent Disability League

🤝 Delivered in partnership with Inclusive Sport, our sessions are designed to build confidence, develop skills and most importantly… have fun.

Our much-loved Trevor’s Track obstacle course returns at our Club Celebration Day on 27 June 🙌

In memory of coach Trevor Twyman, this is always a brilliant part of the day, full of energy, laughter and team spirit while raising money for Pilgrims Hospices 💙

Expect:

🪖 Crawling under army nets

Last year we raised an incredible £5,000 – can we go one better this year? 👀

Managers have been provided with donation envelopes for players to collect sponsorship and bring along on the day.

As we get ready for our Club Celebration Day on 27 June, we’re looking for a few volunteers to help make the day run smoothly 💙

🏃‍♂️ Trevor’s Track (in aid of Pilgrims Hospices)
We need volunteers to help marshal the obstacle course, support participants and keep everything running safely and smoothly.

📦 End of Day Support
We’re also looking for help from 4pm onwards to assist with packing down and clearing up.

Even an hour of your time can make a big difference and help ensure the day is a success for everyone 🙌
