Yesterday we had some devastating news that one of our most loyal and regular members had passed away. We are sure every member of future fitness will have spoken to Mark, and will have appreciated his humour, advice and p**s taking out of everyone and everything (especially if Man Utd lost!) This is a very sad time for his family, friends and our gym family. In due course, as we do, we will do our bit to help Mark’s family at this extremely difficult time .
