5 week OUTDOOR bootcamp starting MONDAY 13TH JUNE! £40

🌝Limited spaces so get booked on and get your place to avoid missing it.
Me & Jamie Hay - Personal Trainer] will be partners, whipping your asses into shape ready for summer!

🌝The bootcamp will consist of 2x 1 hour session on a Monday and Saturday and an optional Wednesday session for £2 per session.

🌝 All fitness levels welcome, male or female and any age. The sessions will go ahead rain or shine!

There are times we can all be so hard on ourselves for the smallest of things, just remember how far you’ve come and try to cut yourself a bit of slack, wether that be fitness related or not!
For me, I’ve come a long way in the last year, mentally. I still have my days but I’m here, living, having fun, appreciating all I have and always keeping it moving ✨

Another of the transformations from the camp. These results were achieved from only 1 4week bootcamp! She put in hard work and came to every session available to her, even went on walks and put the work in when she wasn’t in the gym and seem some changes she’s absolutely thrilled with!!

“ Honestly I went away end of feb and felt disgusting in a bikini. I wore a bikini last weekend to go in hot tub and felt amazing! That’s literally from your bootcamp and going on walks! 100% doing the next one “

‼️ TRANSFORMATION TIME‼️

The amazing ! The picture on the left is the start of our first shake it off camp in February and the the picture on the right was 2 days ago!! Amazing results in just 2 months!! ❗️10.6kg down ❗️

“It’s given me that push to keep going thank you so much. I can’t believe how far I’ve come and it’s really changed my mindset on eating correctly. The first time as much as I lost I wasn’t concentrating on what I was putting in my mouth but this time I’ve really made an effort which has showed on the scales and in the pictures.

Just little steps but for 8 weeks to loose 10.6kg I didn’t think it would have been possible “

❕Who are you holding responsible for your results? ❕

You’re first answer should me ‘myself’.

There’s only so much a personal trainer can do in regards to helping clients on their journey. Our job is to aid you, not do the work for you.

You get out what you put in, if you’re slacking behind the scenes and not listening to advice given and you’re not getting the expected results, you’ve got to ask yourself;
Am I doing enough? If the answer is no, work harder.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with all you grafters but time for a short 4 week break before we go again!!

Super super proud of all of you, turning up each week and putting on a graft even on the days where you don’t want to! You all deserve a pat on the back. Consistency is key remember, results don’t just get handed to you, you earn them.

Shake it off 3.0 coming back May 4th!!
6 weeks longer instead of 4. More details to follow, keep your eyes peeled.

Thank you again girls for making my evenings fun. For those returning and those not… thank you all! I’ve loved meeting you all and I’m feeling mega blessed right now 🤍
