After all your hard work and amazing commitment you didn’t think I would abandon you all?
The brilliant trainer Tom and his team, Core4Fitness will be running a Monday and Friday class, so there is no excuse to stop, especially after working so hard!
Also, he has kindly given me a code so you can all have access to a generous offer to attend his classes. Please what’s app me for that!

A decade has passed so quickly, whilst I have been having a ball in every type of weather going! However, my role as PT/trainer/torturer will be coming to an end this month.

Unfortunately due to an unforeseen injury my final class will be on Monday 23rd May, Bourne Green at 9.15. I’d love to see as many of you as possible from any class I’ve ever done.

Health is wealth and after such an inspiring moving account from Dame Debs - all proceeds of that class will be donated to the

So after years of keeping my prices very reasonable I will be charging £10 for that class with all proceeds going to that cause, which is something very close to my heart.

So if you have never been before, a regular hardcore bootcamper, or fancy doing something for a great cause and getting a fab workout at the same time then please join me for my final class on the Bourne Green.
