Our mission: To empower our members to live happier lives through better health, self confidence, and community.We want everyone, of any age, size, shape and ability to experience the simple joys of being active, healthy, and sharing the experience with others.We have an 8000sqft facility in Farnham, Surrey, stocked with top of the range equipment and newly renovated facilities, including showers,

changing, and member seating area.Our highly knowledgeable coaches are dedicated to helping each of our members reach their goals. We offer CrossFit as well as a total fitness "Sweat" program for all ages and abilities. We also offer competitor, kids, teens, new parent and seniors-specific classes.

Huge well done to all our athletes at South West Regionals this weekend 🩵

4th — Sammy RX females

Lyndsey, Will & Steve, and Grace & Rhea all smashed it too and represented us brilliantly!!

Reminder: XENOM IS COMING TO IN2 THIS FRIDAY!

The team behind Xenom are stopping by as part of their gym tour to put us through a workout and give us a proper taste of what Xenom is all about.

The session will include skills, tips, coaching and the chance to learn directly from the experts who created and run the event.

If you’re thinking about competing in Xenom, this is a pretty good opportunity to meet the team behind it, ask questions and see what it’s all about.

Plus, there’ll be some Xenom goodies up for grabs.

So proud of every IN2 team that took on Butterfly Effect across all three categories this weekend.

A huge shoutout to Boo, who stepped onto the competition floor for the very first time in the Intermediate category on Sunday and absolutely smashed it. Heres to lots more!! boo 👏

We’re excited to welcome Sol’n’Shine Coffee to our Anniversary Games! 🙌

Good luck to all 10 of our IN2 teams competing across the Hybrid, Intermediate and Advanced categories this Saturday and Sunday! 🩷
