Frensham Pond Sailing Club Frensham Pond Sailing Club is based on a beautiful lake on the Surrey/Hampshire border. FPSC is a busy Club run by its members, for its members.

The Club welcomes new members, from those wishing to learn to experienced sailors. Find out more by heading to our website or dropping into the Club - weekends best! Frensham Pond Sailing Club is for all ages, all abilities and all seasons! It is one of the most successful inland dinghy sailing clubs in the UK:

» RYA Training Centre teaches sailing to over 200 students of all ages every year.

»

Youth Coaching every Saturday, all year round and the coaching is free!

» Sailability offers sailing, coaching and racing for disabled people on Thursdays and Saturdays, April to October. Includes an active Youth Group on Saturdays.

» One-design Class Racing (Sundays) is the bedrock of the Club’s racing success - ILCA/Laser, RS200, Enterprise, Solo, GP14, 2.4mR, Cadet and RS Tera.

» Handicap racing attracts up to 40 starters on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

» Radio Sailing Group meets every Tuesday.

» FPSC supports sailing by local schools, scouts, the University of Surrey and Cody Sailing Club. To find out more please look at our website or take the opportunity to visit and talk with some of the Club's members.

Frensham Cadet Class sailors were fantastic and improved sailing skills (and recovery skills!) at Lake Garda -from our World Team sailors as well as first year helms - as summed up promo coaches ex Frensham youth sailors Will Shepherd and Zac Windibank - ‘a massive well done to everyone this week! We had pretty much every condition Garda could have thrown at us which made for some super challenging racing. We are both super happy with everyone’s results, and you guys should be happy with yours too! The progress and the racing we saw across the week was awesome.’

And amazing feat by the parents too 😅 Lead by our awesome class captain Jonno Baer!

Podium finishes for Frensham Pond sailors on races 4,5,6 here at Lake Garda Cadet World Championships. Another storm interrupted sailing yesterday - the ‘normal’ lake Garda winds have been disrupted this week, however sailors showing great resilience. Last day underway today!
