If you're concerned about face to face group classes, try out my Zoom Pilates classes for a month and see how you feel afterwards. I'm putting together a new beginners' class and continuing with early morning rise and shine classes:
0715-0800 Monday and Wednesday morning classes - improvers
1100-1145 Monday mid-morning beginners
1030-1130 Wednesday mid-morning beginners/mixed. This is the only 1-hour session.

Piggyback good habits: you clean your teeth twice a day, right? How about flexing and pointing alternate feet for those three two/ minutes - including the flossing stage?

I will offer another idea tomorrow.

A nice way of piggybacking good habits to strengthen you and improve balance twice a day. You just need a toothbrush, a good sturdy washbasin and bare feet.
