With decades of experience and a keen eye for form and technique, I will teach you the fundamentals of resistance training in a fun and safe environment. If you're already lifting weights, my experience and expertise will ensure you are optimizing your training and progress. While exercise is a part of the journey, food, mindset and body image are pieces which almost always play a huge part. I coach in person (in a private studio in Farnham, Surrey, UK), remotely (virtual), as well as a combination there of (hybrid).
