Before becoming a personal trainer, I was a swimming coach for 6 plus years. I’ve coached people competing in swimming and triathlon. I’ve also coached many people just wanting to learn to swim. I enjoy every aspect of it. 

When I became a personal trainer my goal was to focus on sport performance. Helping people achieve their goals in all sports. Along the way I found a great interest in general health and quality of life. Personally having some poor health and injuries over the years, means that I have a great appreciation for anyone setting foot in the gym for the first time.
