Shotorama returns on 24 September, 12.00-17.00 in Guildford. This is run by Senseis John Parnell and Neil Jerome. Our Sensei is one of their guest instructors again this year (along with 2 other guests) and he’ll be focusing on bunkai (kata applications). If you book by tomorrow 27 August it’s £15 per person. Very exciting !! The Shotokan Connect Championships are on Saturday 21 October at the Loddon Valley in Reading. The categories have been finalised and these are as you expect: individual & team kata, individual & team kumite. One exception: for those under 12, instead of kumite it's jukuren ( might have to look it up 🤓) . PM me if you want to compete.
