I am Pilates Instructor who is passionate about raising awareness of the value and benefits that Pilates can provide. As a mother of three children (under the age of 8) and a teacher and personal tutor as my main profession, I am fully aware of how little time there is to focus on me… time to keep fit and time to relax. Pilates is a complimentary exercise system that can support different ages,

stages and abilities and aims to fulfil what you want it to. The essential principle is to strengthen your core stability – a vital requirement for all aspects of life – balance, control of movement and injury prevention.
