If you really wanna take care of yourself, accepting that you’re human & will make mistakes is a big step forward.
Facing the discomfort that we meet in life with awareness rather than avoiding it. And stepping forward into growth with compassion and grace.
That’s true self compassion 🤗🫶🏻
