FREE FRONT SPLITS GUIDE! 🩰✨

Working towards your front splits but not sure what to actually do beyond stretching?

💬⬇️ Comment SPLITS and I'll send you the link.

✨ This free guide isn't just a routine to follow. It explains how to train towards your splits, including a 15-minute session plus guidance on hip mobility, hamstring flexibility and active flexibility, drawing from my ballet and contemporary dance training.

Getting closer to the floor isn't simply about stretching harder. It's about understanding your body, building strength and control within your range, and giving your flexibility time to develop.

💃🏻 Whether you danced years ago, still train regularly, or simply want to feel more capable in your body, this is a dancer-informed approach to flexibility you can use wherever you're starting from.

No need to already be flexible. Just start where you are.

💬⬇️ Comment SPLITS and I'll send you your free guide.

Want it? Comment SPLITS below and I'll send it straight to your DMs.

You've been following along with my splits series — now it's time to put it into practice. 🩰

I've put together a FREE Front Splits Guide with a 15-min routine using some of the mobility, flexibility and dance-inspired exercises I use in my own training and teaching.

It's designed to help you work towards your splits without simply forcing yourself deeper into the stretch.

Save this for your next flexibility session 🤍

✅ flexibility training at home for adults

You don’t need to be naturally flexible to work towards your splits. You just need the right exercises 💛

Day 28 of SPLITS CLUB. Today’s exercise is more advanced but I encourage you to give it a go! Don’t worry how much your leg straightens.

If you feel a stretch you’re doing it right.

You don’t need to be naturally flexible to work towards your splits.

And you definitely don’t need to be a dancer.

You need the right exercises + consistency + a little patience.

That’s exactly what we’re doing here for 31 days.

If you’re working towards your front splits as an adult, this one is for you.

👇 Be honest — how far are you from your splits right now?

DAY 27 OF SPLITS CLUB 🤍

Save this one and come back to it later.

This is for the person who keeps saying:

“I wish I was flexible.”

But hasn’t actually given themselves the time to become flexible yet.

You don’t need to touch your toes today.

You don’t need to be able to do the splits.

You don’t need to have any dance experience.

You just need to start.

One stretch.
One day.
One month of showing up.

That’s what Splits Club is about. 🤍

DAY 26 OF SPLITS CLUB ✨

If you’re doing this challenge with me, comment “DAY 26 DONE” when you’ve finished today’s exercise.

I want to see who’s still here at the end of the 31 days.

And if you’ve just found this series — follow and start with today’s exercise. You don’t have to wait for Day 1.

As an adult, you can become flexible too. And not just bendy but strong, controlled and fluid in your movements.

🤍 NEW HERE? I’m doing 31 days of splits training. Follow along and start with today’s exercise.

if you’ve always wanted your splits - you’ve found the right place

I regret to inform you…

That you’re overcomplicating stretching.

Getting your splits isn’t about forcing yourself deeper into a stretch or learning complex routines

It’s about learning how to train your body properly. When I was training professionally, dancers were expected to stretch for hours every week, sitting in long holds to achieve the desired goals.

You need more than this.

DAY 24 OF SPLITS CLUB ✨

That’s why I’m sharing one exercise every day for 31 days so you can build your flexibility gradually instead of just throwing yourself into a split and hoping for the best.

If you’re joining me from somewhere completely new to flexibility training:

welcome. 🤍

You’re exactly who I made this for.

Comment “STILL WORKING” if you’re not at your splits quite yet.

Let’s see how many of us are working towards them together.

Exercise:
Knee Hug Slides. 10 reps. Aim is to keep your body close to your legs. Don’t worry how much your legs straighten.
