We're either training for Hyrox, lifting weights, doing pilates or running marathons.

We grew up thinking that our 30s would be about slowing down. But now we're lifting heavier, running further and getting stronger.

We might not be the youngest anymore, but we're definitely becoming our strongest. 💪🏽

✨️CLIENT TRANSFORMATION✨️

One of the most rewarding parts of being a PT is seeing clients realise they're capable of so much more than they thought.

I've had the pleasure of working with my girl SJ since July last year, she was my first client and my OG at KML Coaching 🫶🏽

The photo on the left was taken in August 25, and the photo on the right was taken this week. The difference isn't just physical—it's the result of months of commitment, consistency, and hard work.

She has shown up week after week, trusted the process, pushed through the challenging days, and stayed focused on her goals. There have been no quick fixes, just dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to keep moving forward. As well as alot of moaning, name calling haha but NEVER giving up and ALWAYS pushing herself and her limits 💪🏽

I'm so incredibly proud of everything she has achieved so far. Not just the changes you can see, but the confidence she's built, the habits she's created, and the mindset she's developed along the way.

This is proof that when you stay consistent and commit to yourself, amazing things can happen.

The journey isn't over yet, but what a transformation already. 💪🔥
