💖 WHY DO WE WARM UP & COOL DOWN? ⭕️

Before we get into the Powerhoop workout, we always take time to warm up — getting the body moving, muscles ready & gradually raising the heart rate. 🔥

And once we’ve finished hooping, we don’t just stop! We finish every class with a cool down & stretch to gradually bring the body back down and give those hard-working muscles some TLC. 🧘‍♀️💕

✨ Every single Powerhoop class includes a warm up AND a cool dow! - Because looking after your body is just as important as getting your workout in! 💪🥰
