Starting new plan to change body inside and out. I need to work on legs to develop hamstrings, lose some body fat and develop some new eating habits.
After doing nutrition course, my first habit is to drink 2 litres of water a day. Yes it should be more, however baby steps. I’ll load on myfitnesspal to monitor how I’m doing.

Next habit starts in a weeks time …

So I am learning to teach Body Balance. It is a fantastic journey to be travelling as introducing yoga, something I haven’t fully explored. I’m amazed at how tight my body has become as I’ve got older. Also made me realise I should, and can finish Pilates course...

Training plans. It is great to have a routine, for those days when life wants to take over and for those days when u want to train train train. Keeps everything in check. Helps keep u motivated, mentally strong and physically fit to perform ur other everyday chores. 😊

Morning. Having recently found my gym equipment from when we moved house i was surprised to find weighted hula hoop and skipping rope together.
Put them to a bit of a practise this morning.
Now found a new challenge.
Skipping is hard work,great fun and quite challenging. I started with 2 mins work 30 sec rest. This just to get the feel for the movement. 8mins done...

So long time since posting on here mainly due to not being able to access it.
I start with the fact that tomorrow my client Tamasin and I will be walking the Thames Path for Macmillan Cancer Support. There has been a lot of time consuming training, long and short walks, time away from family and friends. It is hard work but so worth it to raise money for this wonderful cause that helps so many.
Will post pics of our adventure....
