YF Enterprise is a personal training philosophy that incorporates Physical wellbeing with mental wellbeing which is often neglected in the training. I am a practising hypnotherapist and with this approach I offer a different avenue for clients to be able to achieve there goals but also help to live a stress free life. Stress is the biggest Killer in the world and with this approach to training and life I believe that this can help to make the world a calmer place.
