🚨 NEW WORKOUT COMP AT JETTS FBORO 🚨
One strength workout.
One metcon workout.
Good atmosphere.
Bit of suffering.

After doing events like ATHX and Turf Games recently, I realised something — these events are properly fun. They push you hard, they get people together, and they create an atmosphere you just don’t get from normal gym sessions.
So instead of waiting for the next event to come around, I thought we’d just build one ourselves at JETTS.
Introducing:
🔥 JETTS-X 🔥
A monthly in-house competition designed for regular gym members who want to challenge themselves, compete a bit, and have a good time doing it.
And if I’m being honest, the programming is basically built around what I enjoy as an average lifter and s**t runner 😂
So expect:
🏋️ enough weights to keep it interesting
🔥 enough cardio to make you suffer
🏃 just enough running to annoy everyone equally
This month includes:

5RM Back Squat

• 30 Wall Balls
• 500m Row
• 20 Alternating DB Snatches
• 400m Ski Erg
• 15 Burpees Over DB
• 20 Box Jumps
• 20 Cal Echo Bike
