New Update! Freestyle Academy is growing! We have a new class on Wednesday with Instructor Rod Gould.

Here's a short introduction to Rod.

Rod holds a 1st Dan 1st Degree Black belt in ITF Taekwondo having trained under Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha 9th Dan founder of the UKTA and personal student to the founder Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi.

Rod switched to Zen Kyo Shin Ryu Ai Ki Jitsu in 1993 and trained under Chris Biffen 8th Dan for many years studying the Kyusho Jitsu pressure point system and ancient Chinese acupressure meridians.

A further year of training in Takemuzu Aikido with Sensei Chris Tozer saw Rod develop his skills in blending, locking and throwing techniques.

Rod also studied Tai Chi at work under John D**e of the White Dragon Tai Chi society.

Today is the day we get back to working on ourselves again, if you have been feeling like for your new years resolution you wanted to get in shape and have a lot of fun whilst doing it, feel free to come along tonight at St Christopher Community Centre, GU14 0BG at 19:00 to 20:00.

First session is free, so there's no risk in trying! We have people of all skill ranges, ages and sizes and we won't throw you in to spar each other until you're ready, so feel free for either you, your kids or everyone to join in 😁👊
