Today is World Mental Health Day! Taking time for yourself is just as important as hitting those eight counts in class. As you may know, October 10th is World Mental Health Day. The focus this year is on coping with the impact of repeated exposure to news coverage of difficult topics such as crises and conflicts.

FitSteps is a fantastic way to shut the world out and escape for a while but we want to remind you that feelings of overwhelm are always valid. We also want to remind you that we are real people here behind the screen and we are always here for you. If you need to talk our inbox is always open.
