Small Group Personal Training — Register Your Interest
We’re looking at launching Small Group Personal Training at Mission Fitness UK and would like to see who may be interested.
This would be a small coached training session for people who want more structure, support and accountability than training on their own, but who may not need full 1:1 Personal Training.
These sessions would be ideal if you want to:
✅ Build strength
✅ Improve fitness
✅ Learn better technique
✅ Feel more confident in the gym
✅ Train with more structure and accountability
✅ Be coached in a small, supportive group setting
This is not a busy class-style session. Spaces would be limited so everyone still gets coaching, guidance and support.
