🥰 Client Feedback 🥰

After not being able to fit comfortably in a suit, i turnt to Hollie in hope of guidance of getting my body to a better place. Three years later I have fallen in love with the gym and have gained new found confidence in myself, especially from a physical stand point. Clothes fit differently, but in a good way. I look forward to my check ins and new workout blocks, knowing Hollie will push me beyond my limit and get the best out of me. She has helped me understand nutrition and furthered my discipline in different aspects of life. I feel like I have a PT for life in her

It's time to reintroduce myself for those who are new here!

I'm Hollie, a level 3 qualified personal trainer with 4 years of coaching experience and 11 years of training experience. I've been bigger, I've been smaller, suffered from binge eating, and have come out the other side CONFIDENT in my body.

I'm a firm believer that your fitness has to work for you, be bespoke to your journey, food can be delcious but fit your goals, and there's no one size fits all.

P.s. you can fully expect to talk about dogs in most sessions 😂

💓 CLIENT TESTIMONIAL 💓

My gym gym journey started about a year ago. Hollie was recommended to me by my daughter.

I have been very impressed with Hollie as a PT. She is both realistic and encouraging. I achieve far more with Hollie than I would on my own! She has been able to write plans that have complemented and improved my competitive swimming.

💤 Five Tips For Recovery💤

1. Get enough sleep - it aids muscle recovery and hormone regulation and improves energy levels for starters. Look to get 7-9 hours per night.

2. Stay Hydrated - it aids muscle recovery, helps deliver oxygen to the muscles, and aids in absorbing nutrients needed in the body. Try to get a MINIMUM of 2 litres a day

3. Active Recovery - it improves blood circulation, which gives the muscles the nutrients and oxygen they need to repair. Meaning faster recovery and less muscle soreness.

4. Fuelling Your Body - Making sure your body has enough energy and amino acids to repair the muscles is vital. It can also help reduce the severity of your DOMS

5. Stretch/Foam Roll/Massage - it can reduce the severity of your muscle soreness, improve flexibility and range of motion, increase blood flow to the muscles, and reduce the risk of future injuries.

What do you do for recovery?
