I first went to Hollie when I was deep in the trenches of perimenopause. I’d just started HRT, felt rubbish in my body, had low strength, low muscle definition, low motivation, and honestly just wasn’t feeling great about myself at all.
I trained with Hollie consistently for a year and it completely changed how I felt … physically and mentally. My strength improved beyond anything I expected, my confidence came back, and I genuinely got my vibe back. Hollie built a programme that worked for me, not some generic PT plan. She adapted sessions when I needed more mobility, added yoga when my body needed it, listened to what I wanted to work towards, and equally wasn’t afraid to lead when I needed guidance. That balance is rare.
Fast forward after a non-gym-related shoulder injury that resulted in three surgeries. The minute my physio gave me the all-clear, I booked straight back in with Hollie. I now train with her twice a week and she’s been rehabbing my shoulder safely, confidently, and intelligently. In just six weeks I’ve seen incredible progress .. strength returning, confidence growing, posture improving… and yes, the arse is definitely firmer. 🍑
She’s even named my current programme Beyoncé because I told her that’s the goal - Beyoncé in her cowgirl era - and she fully understood the assignment. 🤠👢
What makes Hollie exceptional is that she genuinely cares. She checks in, she listens, she adjusts, she encourages… but she also doesn’t take any nonsense. She knows when to push, when to pull back, and when to remind you exactly what you’re capable of.
She’s exactly what I need from a PT, and I wouldn’t train with anyone else.
