Oh my goodness look at the sheer joy shown by one of our mini aerialists yesterday 💜

Here at Glow, we love to see our aerialists happy and so we always strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment where sessions are relaxed but structured, and led by an experienced instructor

Our Monday mini mixed aerial class is full until the end of term but we do have spaces in our Saturday junior pole fitness class and Sunday mixed aerial class

I'm not strong enough, I can't do that 😢

This is something I frequently hear from people that are curious about pole fitness 👂

But what if I told you that you don't need to be strong to get started? You don't need to be able to hold your full body weight, or be able to climb the pole! You also don't need to wear shorts if you don't want to 👀

I specialise in teaching beginners and we learn moves from the ground up. Every class starts with conditioning to build your strength at a pace that suits you 💪

We learn ground based shapes and spins that also help build up your strength and stamina over time 🌟

Our Monday class is currently full, but our junior mixed aerial on Sundays at 09:00 starts from ages 4 upwards 🎪
